Tweedia is a lovely pale-blue-flowering tender perennial native to South America. It's grown as an annual below Zone 10. This cultivar is quite uncommon in the seed trade. This variety as useful for cut flowers, potted or patio plants. In the milkweed family, tweedia is also a useful nectary for butterflies and other pollinators. It grows to about 2' tall and has masses of pretty sky blue flowers that are about 1/2" across.
